Establishment is a member in HACCP alliance
for Quality assurance. We guarantee to our customers that
we are committed to the alliance terms and duties including
our laboratory, suppliers, and other entities that provide
services for our Conserve industry of vegetables
and fruits related to HACCP and food safety

In our laboratory as well, we have a regular arrangement
in which a sample of every batch go through.
At start, the sample of the batch goes to the preliminary treatment.
In the stage the sample is submitted to the first round, which
is ensuring that the sample conform to the batch ingredients,
immediately after that, it goes to extraction stage, which is
designed specifically for detecting nutrition facts.

Then it goes to the third stage, archiving samples, where having
a sample of every batch is becoming a necessity in order to reach
a better quality the next time or at least to know if any errors
later the time of manufacturing the batch took place

In the stage of Culturing, we put some samples taken from
each batch in Culturing specific machines of high
temperatures to insure that the product is well closed
and have no air that may let the food inside decayed or
expired in short times; after two days, we get the result.
Finally, we have Contrastive analysis step, in which we get
all the information that is needed for the safety and quality
of the product which archived and preserved in
certain special computers.
All of that is done only for satisfying our good customers
and our factory’s good fame as well.
